We all know an organization’s money is best spent on leaders who already have a track record of success versus those who might be on their way out the door.

This discussion is for the courageous coaches who take on the “difficult leader”. The leader may or may not be on a performance improvement plan but the organization truly would like to make something work out (versus bringing in the coach as the immediate step before terminating the leader).

In this program we will discuss:

• Setting expectations

• Integrating directness and compassion so that the leader hears you

• Giving 360 and other feedback 

• Teaching empathy (can it really be done? Yes!)
